Toledo and BGSUGD are honored by a visit from a monumental figure in the design community. Special guest and BGSUGD alum Rick Valicenti will be giving a keynote talk at re:volve, as well as serving as a portfolio reviewer for the day. Valicenti is the founder of Thirst, a Chicago-based design studio that creates for the human condition through creative investigation and experimentation. In addition to being an AIGA Gold Medal recipient his work has been featured in galleries internationally, and Thirst’s work is part of the permanent collection in the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum.
